ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before 12:30 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that during high-volume periods, processing times may vary slightly.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on orders above a specified threshold. This will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with major U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The most efficient option is automatically selected for each order.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
DELAYS
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control (such as carrier delays or weather conditions).
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting details.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
