Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Order before 12:30 PM EST and we'll typically ship the same day. After that, the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer Express U.S. shipping:

Free Shipping

We offer free express shipping on orders above a specified threshold. This will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The most efficient option is selected automatically for each order.

Address accuracy

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute orders to incorrect addresses once they've been dispatched.

Lost or damaged packages

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@seloriaskin.com with your order number and a photo if the package arrived damaged. We'll sort it out.
