30-Day Calm-Skin Guarantee
Use Skin Reset consistently for 30 days. If your skin doesn't feel calmer, email us at info@seloriaskin.com and we'll refund your order in full. No lengthy explanations required. No return needed.
One condition: give it the full 30 days. Barrier recovery builds over weeks, not overnight.
Returns
Prefer to return instead? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original condition.
To start a return, email info@seloriaskin.com with your order number. Our team will guide you from there.
Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@seloriaskin.com. Include a photo of the product, the packaging, and the issue. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Opened or used products are not eligible for a standard return. They are covered by the 30-day calm-skin guarantee instead.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement, initiate a return and place a new order.
