Returns and Refunds

30-Day Calm-Skin Guarantee

Try one bottle for 30 days. If Skin Reset™ isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund all product charges from your first order after the return is received. Only one bottle may be opened; all additional bottles must remain unopened and in their original condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Damaged or incorrect items are covered separately at no cost to you.

Returns

Prefer to return instead? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in original condition.

To start a return, email info@seloriaskin.com with your order number. Our team will guide you from there.

Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@seloriaskin.com. Include a photo of the product, the packaging, and the issue. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Opened or used products are not eligible for a standard return. They are covered by the 30-day calm-skin guarantee instead.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a replacement, initiate a return and place a new order.
