RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At SELORIA, we are committed to delivering a premium experience from the moment you place your order to the moment it reaches your door.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition

The product must be returned in its original packaging

The return must be requested and approved in advance by our team
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable

We only cover return shipping in verified cases of damaged or incorrect items
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of:

The packaging

The issue reported
Once reviewed and verified, we will either:

Provide a replacement, or

Issue a refund at our discretion
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence or outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
We reserve the right to partially refund or deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our conditions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
LATE OR INVALID RETURNS
Returns requested after the 14-day window or not meeting our policy requirements may be declined.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
